Easy as 1-2-3.
Dark circles are a real concern for many. Almost every day women head to cosmetic departments to find a concealer and/or a specific care to stop this particular issue.
I want to tell you right away – YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL (even with dark circles)! On the other hand, I can understand that it might be something that you don’t particularly like about yourself. This is why I am revealing my natural tricks to fight dark circles! Keep in mind that it might be difficult to make them disappear completely.
YOU HAVE TO SLEEP
Yes, I know – it’s not just sleep that will do the job. BUT! It is imperative to give importance to the quality of your sleep. Stress and fatigue can be read easily on a face and, more often than not, tired features will bring out dark circles. So, sleep well princess!
Exercise oxygenates your body and also helps to properly eliminate toxins. This promotes better blood circulation in general and therefore has an effect on your face.
An iron deficiency, for example, can accentuate dark circles and even create them when the case is more severe. Iron is responsible for good blood oxygenation.
If you are unsure of your condition, consult your doctor to find out more! Subsequently, you will be able to take the necessary supplements to help you with this deficiency. Self-prescription of iron is not recommended.
Tobacco and alcohol are not very good allies at fighting dark circles, they’re actually quite the opposite! These two bad habits are detrimental to your overall health. In our case, they damage your vessels and create a bad blood circulation. For your greater well-being, try to stop or at least decrease these two things. 🙂
DRAIN EYE CONTOUR
What does that mean? When applying your eye contour cream, do it in gentle circular movements from the inside of the eye to the outside of the eye passing under the eyebrow. Go slowly and try to do it for about 2-3 minutes when you have the chance!
Why this movement and this particular meaning? Both of them respect the lymph and allow for a better blood circulation thereafter.
Massage the contour of your eyes gently with musk rose oil or sea buckthorn oil (for dry to very dry skin) and you will not only have a result on dark circles, but also an anti-aging action!
An old grandmother’s remedy consists of soaking cotton pads in lemon juice and letting them act on your under-eye areas for 10 to 15 minutes, several times a week! Lemon has an instant and long-term lightening effect if you are assiduous.
